The Khaki Waistcoat

A bit of a different location today. A couple of weeks ago me and my friend Joanna headed down to Lamberts Yard in Leeds to shoot some dancers for our final major projects. You can see a sneak peek here. While we were there, I got Joanna to do some quick snaps of my outfit. These were really dark due to the light window so have been heavily exposed so I apologise if the quality has reduced at all!

When I headed down to Arcadia for my MAA Assessment I sat in the waiting room eyeing up all the amazing outfits. One girl walked past a few times wearing this jacket and I fell in love. I left the building and headed straight to Topshop to buy it for myself. Great self restraint there ey. It's on the pricier side but so wearable, perfect with a long sleeve top on cooler days, or a stroppy top in the warm. It can be dressed up or down so nicely. I wore this same outfit but swapped out the jeans for a leather skirt and the boots for heels and was all set for a night out. Perfect!

I love this white shirt, but I hate that it's a silky material and so sheer. I really want a proper cotton shirt but can't decide between getting an oversized mans one, or this one from Missguided which I adore. Even though I know I'll wear it A LOT, it just seems like a lot to spend on a white shirt!

Of course I'm wearing these ripped jeans from New Look that I have honestly lived in the past few months. I really struggle to find jeans that fit and these are a little on the tight side on my hips but I adore everything else about them so I let that one slide. I love that the rips aren't just the typical ripped knee that is everywhere at the moment. They're a denim fabric with some stretch and were an absolute bargain! I can't find these online unfortunately but I think I've spotted them in store recently! Go go go!

What do you think; White Man's shirt or an overpriced Female fit?

Ooh Lambert's Yard is such a gorge location!! I actually got an amazing white shirt last summer form Primark and it has lasted me so well. people always ask if it is form Zara too! It looks so much more expensive than it was. Maybe take a look there? I love your shoes in this post :)

Was so fun meeting you yesterday!! Can't wait to catch up soon before you leave us here in Leeds!

Cute boots. And love that jacket. Definitely go for a man's one; you can get them so cheap and the quality will be just as good if not better I reckon x
